Cocoon Hills is an exquisite 6 bed roomed English Mock Tudor Bungalow with a beautiful lawn and flower beds built nearly 25 years ago, nestled in the hill country amidst tea plantations and verdant mountains which exudes its personal charm within a setting of refined elegance. On a sunny day, the Bungalow allows guests to borrow its bicycles to peddle around the town, sightseeing.
On a rainy day, the warm and cozy living rooms in both the Bungalow and the Annex are the perfect place to snuggle under a blanket near the fire place with a mug of hot chocolate. Or you may choose to stay indoors to play a game of chess, carrom, darts, and cards or borrow a DVD or a Book from our Library. Cocoon Hills offers accommodation on a bed and breakfast basis.
A drive of 180 km from Colombo brings you to the city of Nuwara Eliya meaning “City of Light” in the central highlands of Sri Lanka with a picturesque landscape of breathtaking views of valleys, meadows, mountains and waterfalls with a temperate climate.

The main Bungalow offers 4 bedrooms with a large living room / lounge with a 6 seater dining area and also has an adjoining Anex (Family Suite) which consists of 2 bedrooms with its very own separate entrance and cozy living room with a 4 seater dining area. The Living rooms in both the main bungalow and Annex (Family suite) have LCD Televisions with Satellite/cable TV respectively. Rooms are spacious and equipped with double beds, heaters, hot water, telephone connection, Internet & well equipped Bathrooms.
