Orientation tour of the town. Light lunch will be at a saffron Museum/shop where we will also learn more about this wonderful spice. Onwards we will reach the town of Panicale, anciently a medieval
castle, still surrounded by its original 12th century defensive walls, and is set in a dominating position above Lake Trasimeno.
