Beaches

Take in 50 shades of relaxing blue in Noosa’s beautiful waters. Noosa's beaches have something for everyone - from the safe, calm waters of Laguna Bay that lap Noosa's Main Beach and are hugged by the Noosa National Park on one side and Noosa North Shore on the other, to the expansive open beaches on the eastern seaboard.

The Noosa region is the 10th World Surfing Reserve, recognising decades of best practice in coastal management and protection, and surfers come from around the world to surf Noosa's breaks, especially during the Noosa Festival of Surfing, held in March each year.

There are beaches for swimming, surfing, stand-up paddling, boating, fishing, kite-surfing, snorkelling, walking, exploring - there are even beaches for dogs to run off-leash.
