The Rotisserie

This all-day dining room boasts an intimate courtyard terrace and open veranda that overlook the resort’s gardens and fountains. An impressive show kitchen evokes a bygone era, with high vaulted ceilings, voluminous copper chimneys, enamelled cast-iron ovens and large wooden tables. Guests interact with chefs who prepare cuisine based on traditional recipes from Europe. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Nina

Nina is a colourful Indo-European dining venue. Descend the staircase and enter a vibrant, lively setting with an alluring sense of discovery. Flickering candles, curtain beads and contemporary music set the scene for an evening at Nina, the mistress of spice. The food enlivens the palate, with a strength of flavour and seductive aromas that create a journey of exploration. Open for dinner only.

Eauzone

Bathed by the blue of the sky and sea, Eauzone is a place to contemplate the rhythm of ocean tides and the setting sun. On the beach surrounded by palm trees, Eauzone features shaded wooden decks and floating ‘Majlis’ – an Arabic word for a room in a private home used to entertain guests – overlooking the Arabian Gulf and translucent pool. The ambience is casual by day and stylish after sunset. Once night descends it evokes intimacy in a slick, refined restaurant complemented by modern food with an Asian twist. Open for lunch and dinner.

Olives

Exceptionally authentic Mediterranean cuisine ranges from a Seared Tuna with Mediterranean Salad and Tagesh Olives to a Pizza Frutti di Mare with Shrimps and Black Mussels. The seafood-inspired menu also boasts delicious selections of fresh pastas, soups and excellent beef dishes, as well as traditional breakfast favourites. The venue itself is as refreshing as the food, with a sky-blue ceiling crowning African slate floors, towering shrubbery and whitewashed stucco walls. The bougainvillea-covered terrace overlooking the palm shaded pool creates the feel a coastal Riviera café .

Tagine

In true Moroccan style, the restaurant’s series of moody rooms, arches and alcoves combine to create an ambience akin to a traditional home in Marrakesh. The tobacco-coloured walls have been hand polished and wax plastered in the Moroccan tradition of Tadelakt. Lanterns, rugs and artefacts have been specially procured from around the region. And the food is simply magical. Open for dinner only.

Celebrities Restaurant, Private Dining Room and Lounge

Newly redesigned Celebrities Restaurant, Private Dining Room and Lounge.  Throwing wide its majestic doors as never before, Celebrities now exudes stylish architecture and chic interiors with striking crystal chandeliers creating an elegant atmosphere which is further enhanced by the spectacular views of The Palace Esplanade; a unique dining venue perfect not only for intimate evenings but also for convivial gatherings and entertainment.   

Beach Bar and Grill

Overlooking Palm Island, and poised between lush gardens and golden sand, the Beach Bar & Grill is a refreshing experience. Affectionately called "The Beach" by resort staff, the mood by day is informal on the shaded terrace where guests enjoy impressive platters of freshly grilled seafood and bright salads. By night, "The Beach" dresses up with flickering candles and a warm glow as chefs serve lobster, tiger prawns, mixed kebabs and prime steaks.

Kasbar

Vibrant and colourful, this lively and distinctive late evening entertainment venue is an exciting and eclectic mix of old and new design from around the Gulf. With its three bars on different levels, the Kasbar has an ultra-chic atmosphere. Located at The Palace.

The Rooftop Terrace & Sports Lounge

Atop Arabian Court, The Rooftop & Sports Lounge is the resort’s most dramatic outdoor evening venue, where the sky is the ceiling. Within, a circular bar sparkles with activity, showing live sporting events. The mood is chilled out, a laid back atmosphere that continues as guests climb the stairs and relax around the central dome under the stars. The abundance of embroidered cushions and candlelight creates warmth and intimacy in the magical, musical Majlis serving cocktails and oriental mezzehs late into the night.

The Samovar Lounge

Splendidly opulent with impressive high ceilings that complement the grand gallery of the Arabian Court lobby, the Samovar Lounge’s richly furnished balcony offers panoramas over the gardens, pool and Gulf scenery. The lounge features refreshments, specialty coffees, high teas and cocktails throughout the day and evening.

The Courtyards

Enjoy a uniquely Arabian evening in one of two atmospheric Courtyards at The Palace and Arabian Court. Here, guests enjoy ‘Majlis’ style seating on comfortable cushions, exotic mezzehs, and the unique experience of an aromatic ‘Shisha’ (hubbly-bubbly), all set to enchanting and authentic Arabian music.

The Jetty Lounge

Housed in chic Arabian architecture with contemporary interiors, the Jetty Lounge is not a restaurant as such but an elegant beachside bar. Beverages and wines are complemented by a selection of light snacks such as mezzeh, quiches, Spanish ham and cheeses as well as dips and Asian-inspired platters. The mood is laid back, with sophisticated chill out lounge music. An ideal place to wind down during sunset or after work and a great place to enjoy pre- or post-dinner drinks. Watch beach-goers and boats on Palm Bay by day, and admire Dubai’s stunning skyline by night.

Acclaimed internationally as a rejuvenating destination spa, One&Only partnered with ESPA to create a centre of pampering excellence and wellbeing for the best treatments and massages in Dubai. A serene sanctuary with 12 private treatment suites, the spa offers a range of holistic and tailored experiences to help aid the relaxation of mind, body and soul. 

Oriental Hammam

The traditional Hammam, perhaps better known to westerners as the Oriental steam bath, has long played a part in the cultural and social life of eastern cities. An 'oasis of retreat' from daily stresses, entering the Hammam is akin to a journey: winding corridors turn this way and that, dramatic archways entice you on; until, suddenly, one enters the heart of Hammam, a haven of space, warmth and comfort. The calming sound of running water echoes from the ornately tiled walls, while the gentle and gracious attendant completes the sense of escape.

Within the resort’s Health & Beauty Institute, guests may enjoy hair care and styling, as well as pampering nail care.
