Zeavola is the definition of barefoot luxury : a Thai rural village concept with teakwood. This charming resort is a romantic retreat with only 53 villas located on Phi Phi Island’s north coast. Blending traditional Thai influences and a charming feel of rustic Thailand with more contemporary touches relax amongst the lush tropical garden and enjoy the beautiful beach-front location.
Don’t bother with shoes or sandals – the whole of Zeavola is set on the sand and you can saunter everywhere barefoot. Insect repellent is provided, but if you’re a mosquito snack-bar, you may want to pack some industrial-strength Deet.

Our luxury Phi Phi Island suite accommodation features the extensive use of hand-hewn teakwood, creating the spacious yet intimate feel of local island houses. Highlights of our luxury beach resort on Phi Phi Island include hand-painted murals, private gardens and outdoor rain showers. The beachfront villas offer the most romantic accommodation, and villa 51, the closest to the sea, is the one to plump for. All Zeavola’s villas are fashioned entirely from teak and coloured with warm umber hues. Any vestiges of modern life are cunningly concealed inside traditional Thai furniture – the TV is housed in a cupboard; the light-switches are found in a jewellery box.
