We are located 1,630 m above sea level and have 360-degree views over the vast savannah and Waterberg Plateau. Watch a spectacular sunset or sunrise and during the heat of the day, relax by the sparkling pool.A great favourite at Aloegrove Safari Lodge, is the scheduled lion, leopard and cheetah feeding. This is the ideal opportunity to see these magnificent cats at close range; keep those cameras ready. Guests can also join the lodge's ranger on a 4x4 game drive during the morning or afternoon. Species such as eland, kudu, oryx, giraffe, mountain zebra, hartebeest, springbok, impala, steenbuck, duiker, damara dik-dik, Black and Blue wildebeest, waterbuck, and warthog can be seen.Bird-watching can be done from the comfort of your bungalow. The bungalows look out over the waterhole, a treat for any ornithologist. The fitter and more energetic might prefer to venture out on a guided hiking trail in and around the property.Safari: Feeding and playing with Lea the cheetah is an experience of a lifetime. Watching the spectacular sunrise or set here, is also well worth the effort. Aloegrove Safari Lodge's cuisine also caters for vegetarians and vegans, and their excellent dining facilities include an open fireplace, and an outdoor braai area, ideal venues for breakfast and dinner.
